Removal of Crazy Cool involves two parts:
Push-pins around the CPU socket area (circled in red) and the screws (circled in green).

For the screw underneath the northbridge heatsink, you will need a pair of pliers to twist lose the screws due to limited working space. For other screws, you can use a Phillips Head Screwdriver to remove.

There are four push-pins as seen from the back of the motherboard circled in red

Using a pair of pliers to squeeze push-pin tip ends and push to force them out.

Please check to see if you have the following removed:
Crazy Cool heatpipe heatsinks, backplate, and southbridge heatsink.
