HR-01 PLUS CPU Cooler Installation
- STEP 1-
- STEP 2-
Parts
for the HR-01( Intel 775) heatsink.
Apply
a thin layer of thermal paste on
to bottom of the heatsink base.
- STEP 3 -
- STEP 4 -
With
the thermal paste properly applied,
place the heatsink on top of the
CPU.
Push
down the fastener until you hear
a click. Do the same for the other
three.
- STEP 5-
- STEP 6-
Stock
AM2 Socket RM.
Remove/uninstall the 4 screws.
- STEP 7-
- STEP 8-
Replace
stock RM with AM2-RM (Rev. A).
Tighten
the four screws.
- STEP 9-
- STEP 10-
Slide
S-Clip through HR-01.
Place
the center pillar on the clip to
the socket.
