Socket 1366 Installation

  
- STEP 1-

Venomous-X BOX Included accessories.

Apply the screw pillars to its identical mounting holes needed. (Red spot it’s socket 1366)

- STEP 3 -
- STEP 4 -
Through the mounting holes on the back side of the motherboard.
Secure it by tightening it with 4 pcs of screw pillars.

- STEP 5 -
- STEP 6 -
Place the anchoring bracket mount on the top of the 4 screw pillars.
Tightening the 4 pillars with the thumbscrew caps.

- STEP 7 -
- STEP 8 -
Apply a thin layer of thermal paste to the CPU and to the bottom of heatsink base. Make the Pressure adjustable mounting plate go through the heatsink.

- STEP 9 -
- STEP 10 -
Place the heatsink on top of the cpu and then secure the heatsink by tightening the Hexagonal screws on both side of the mounting plate.

40~70lbs Adding pressure by truning the nob with the angled wrench clockwise with MAX pressure of up to 70 lbs.
(Stock pressure without turning the pressure nob is 40 lbs.)

Socket 775 Installation

Top
- STEP 1 -

Venomous-X BOX Included accessories.
Apply the screw pillars to its identical mounting holes needed.

- STEP 3 -
- STEP 4 -
For the Socket 775 motherboard. You need to install the backplate cap into the square opening on the backplate.

Through the mounting holes on the back side of the motherboard.

- STEP 5 -
- STEP 6 -
Secure it by tightening it with 4 pcs of screw pillars.

Place the anchoring bracket mount on the top of the 4 screw pillars.

- STEP 7 -
- STEP 8 -
Tightening the 4 pillars with the thumbscrew caps. Then Apply a thin layer of thermal paste to the CPU and to the bottom of heatsink base.

Make the Pressure adjustable mounting plate go through the heatsink.

- STEP 9 -
- STEP 10 -
 
Place the heatsink on top of the cpu and then secure the heatsink by tightening the Hexagonal screws on both side of the mounting plate.

40~70lbs Adding pressure by truning the nob with the angled wrench clockwise with MAX pressure of up to 70 lbs.

(Stock pressure without turning the pressure nob is 40 lbs.)

- STEP 1-

Stick anti-vibration strips to heatsink fins (as shown in picture).
Insert each end of fan wire clips into holes on the fins and pull on wire clips to hook into fan mounting holes (as circled in red).

- STEP 3 -

Place a fan to the heatsink and pull on the wire clips to hook into the fan mounting holes.
