Installation
- STEP 1-

HR-03 GTX Retail BOX
HR-03 GTX and its included accessories.

- STEP 3 -
- STEP 4 -
First, you will need to remove stock cooler.
Remove the ten screws (circled in white) from the back of the video card.

- STEP 5-
- STEP 6 -
Remove the stock cooler back plate
Uninstall stock cooler by removing the two screws circled in White

- STEP 7-
- STEP 8-
After removal of stock cooler, it is vital to thoroughly clean off the paste and any residue for best contact and adhesiveness.

Thoroughly clean thermal paste off the GPU & RAM Mosfet.(How to clean off thermal paste)

- STEP 9-

Clean off the paste from the backside RAM
Apply the CF thermal paste to HSI Chip.

- STEP 11-
- STEP 12 -
Install the included HSI-Heat sink. (Push pin Type)
Install the included VRM-Heat sinks. (Push pin TYPE)

- STEP 14 -
Unpeel the backing off the RAM heatsinks and stick them to each RAM. For RAMs above the GPU, use the flat version of the RAM heatsinks.
Front side of HSI/RAM heatsink installation completed.

- STEP 15-
- STEP 16 -
Apply the Backside Ram sink
Apply a thin layer of thermal paste to top of the GPU & to the bottom of heatsinkˇ¦s base.

- STEP 17-
- STEP 18 -
Unpeel the square thermal pad backing.
Apply the square thermal padding to the center of the cross shaped back plate to avoid any contact with component parts on the video card.

- STEP 19-
- STEP 20 -
Screw in the 4 screws into the holes on the mounting bracket.
Place the HR-03 GTX on top of the GPU with the mounting bracket mounted on top of the heatsink base and insert the screws through the mounting holes.

- STEP 22 -
Insert the black washers through the screws on the other side.
Insert the backplate through the 4 screws with the square thermal padding in contact with the board.

- STEP 23-
- STEP 24-
Screw in the screw cap through the 4 screws to secure HR-03 GTX in place.
Type 2 installation completed.


GTX-285 Ram & VRM Heatsink installation
- STEP 1-
- STEP 2-
Unpeel the backing off the RAM heatsinks and stick them to each RAM
Install the VRM-Heat sinks


GTX-260(55nm) Ram & VRM Heatsink installation
- STEP 1-
- STEP 2-
Unpeel the backing off the RAM heatsinks and stick them to each RAM
Install the VRM-Heat sinks

Fan Installation
- STEP 1-
- STEP 2-
Place a 120mm fan on top of heatsink
Install the fan wire clips as depicted in the above illustration.


- STEP 3-
- STEP 4-
Pull on the fan wire clips to hook into the fan mounting holes.
Fan installation completed.
