HR-11 backside cooler supports various types of VGA from the newest ATI HD2900 series to the nVidia's 8800 series video card. The HR-11 has dual heatpipes and 80mm of fins with proprietary thru holes so it doesn't matter if you've got HR-03 or stock cooler, you can install a set of HR-11 to further help cool you VGA. Installation is a cinch in that you get to choose and adjust to best fit your configuration and avoid any interference problem. With HR-11 passive cooling, you can take your video card performance up another notch! Of course, if your heart desires you can install an 80mm fan for that maximum performance!
So are you still stuck on stock cooling? Still getting your ears buzzed by the fan noise? Still hanging on the edge with temperature read of 80-90 Celsius degree? Aren't you tired of being worried? Get a HR-03 and HR-11. You'll be glad you did.

If I have two video cards for either SLI or Crossfire mode, would I be able to install two HR-11?

Yes, you can install two HR-11 in two different orientations for installation. For the first PCI-e slot install the HR-11 as depicted in illustration 1. For the second HR-11, install it as depicted in illustration 2.
