    Special features:

Armor style heatsink fin array, with mirrored copper base, elevates heatsinks overall quality.

Large heatsink fin array provides dissipating area of up to 150*125mm, making complete use of the airflow, with 140mm or 120mm fan.

With the max width of 55mm, tall memory heat spreaders are avoided.

Six sintered heatpipe design, all heatpipes are nickel plated, to slow the oxidation deterioration to the heatpipe, to ensure longer usage and performance of the heatsink for the CPU.

Supports Multiple-Platforms, and can be used on Socket 1366/1156/775 Platform, and AM2/AM3 Socket. For Intel sockets pressure is adjustable (40~70 lbs.)

Includes one Thermalright TY-140 PWM fan, Ultra low noise at 21 dBA at max rpm (50cm testing distance)

Fan-clips are compatible with both 140mm and 120mm fan.

The Archon package includes a tube of CF III Thermal paste, to provide the best combination for use with Archon.

    FAQ 1
Question: Archon’s height seems a little different than other tower heatsinks, is there anything I should pay attention to when installing Archon inside a case?
Answer: Archon is 170mm in height, so please make sure you have a case that is more than 190mm in thickness, and there should be no side-panel fan, if there is, it must be removed before installing Archon.

    FAQ 2
Question: Can I mount 2 fans on Archon?
Answer: Yes , you may mount a pair of fans, of your choice.

    FAQ 3
Question: Archon looks thinner in size; will it have an effect on the cooling performance?
Answer: Although Archon is thin in thickness, the surface area is much larger than that of the Venomous X (1.6 times), and you can it pair it with  a 140mm fan, so cooling performance is much improved.

    FAQ 4
Question : Archon seems to have a broader length than other CPU coolers, will it interfere with other components on the motherboard? How can I confirm this before installing?
Answer : Archon’s length measures 155mm, so the first step would be confirm the position of your first vga slot on the motherboard, especially ASUS P55 series users, please take note of the following installation instruction.
Normal ATX board would have space for 7 vga slots, but most motherboard manufacturers would only supply six PCI slots, this is because the area of the first slot is often taken by the north bridge, but due to the new P55 design, there will be no north bridge, so the first slot would be used as a primary VGA slot.

Before installing the Archon CPU cooler, you may confirm by looking at the I/O ports, right below the I/O port if there is a close-by first slot, then you will need to have your vga card installed in the second PCI-E slot, to have enough space for Archon, please see below.

If the position of your first PCI-E slot is in the second slot, then you may install the Archon without any problem, please see below.
